Brandon Wilkins
Brandon Wilkins is a dynamic and focused karateka with years of competitive experience on the international stage. His love for karate began at a young age, and through relentless dedication, he has achieved remarkable success. Brandon has represented both England and Team GB in multiple international competitions, proudly earning a silver medal at the European Championships, as well as a 5th place at the European Games solidifying his status as one of the top competitors in Europe.
As an instructor, Brandon brings his competitive mindset and technical expertise to every session, emphasizing the importance of precision, perseverance, and the mental strength required to excel in karate. His commitment to helping students reach their full potential is at the core of his teaching philosophy. He also holds the WKF Certified Kumite coach award, which enables him to coach athletes on the world stage.

Lauren Salisbury
Lauren Salisbury is a fierce and determined karateka whose career is marked by both technical brilliance and unwavering commitment to the sport. Lauren has competed at the highest levels, representing Team GB on the Olympic stage , winning an Olympic bronze medal in 2018 and earning a prestigious silver medal at the European Championships in 2022, testament to her skill and hard work.
Lauren is not only an accomplished competitor but also a dedicated instructor. She is known for her supportive teaching style and her ability to inspire students to push beyond their limits. Her focus on both the physical and mental aspects of karate ensures that her students develop not only as athletes but also as confident and disciplined individuals.
