KIME Karate Team proudly celebrates Brandon Wilkins’ exceptional performance at the 2025 Karate 1-Series A event held in Tbilisi, Georgia, from January 10 to 12. Competing in the highly competitive Male Kumite -75kg category, Brandon advanced through a field of 96 international athletes to secure an impressive 5th place finish.

His journey began with a commanding 2-0 victory over Poland, followed by a 4-1 win against an athlete from Individual Neutral Athletes (AIN-2). He continued his winning streak with a 4-2 triumph over another AIN competitor (AIN-1) and a 4-2 victory against the Netherlands, showcasing his skill and determination.

In the semi-finals, Brandon faced a formidable opponent from Iran, narrowly losing 5-4 in a closely contested match. He then competed in the bronze medal match, where he concluded his impressive run with a 6-0 loss.

Brandon’s outstanding performance at this prestigious international event underscores his dedication and the high standards upheld by the KIME Karate Team. His achievements in Tbilisi mark a significant milestone in his competitive journey.
